The Financial Scientific and Education Center under the Ministry of Finance will organize training courses for accountants of political parties

The “Form, content and submission rules of financial reports of political parties” was approved with the Resolution No. 263 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated to November 16, 2012,. Three days training courses will be conducted for chief accountants of the abovementioned parties or their employees responsible for compilation of annual financial reports on preparation and submission of annual financial reports by political parties at the Financial Scientific and Education Center under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Similar steps were taken during the initial application of the “From, content and submission rules of financial reports of non – governmental organizations”. Thus, relevant trainings were provided to non – governmental organizations by the special trainers prepared by the Ministry of Finance in order to eliminate difficulties faced by those organizations related to compilation of reports.
Annual financial statements of political parties should be submitted to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan not later than the April 1 of next year after the completion of a reporting year in accordance with the Law “On accounting” of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
